Licenses and Regulations
Acetop Global Markets Limited is incorporated in the Bahamas with authorisation of Securities Commission of the Bahamas (SCB). As a significant global offshore financial centre, the Bahamas has a well-established banking insurance system. SCB is a financial regulator affiliated with the Bahamian government institutions.
To comply with SCB requirements, all client funds deposited with Acetop are completely segregated from our own funds to ensure client funds security. We are also required to sumbit transaction reports on a quarterly basis for regulator's review in order to make sure price of each transaction is reasonable.

Withdrawal
Clients could enjoy 24-hour withdrawal services anytime with no limitation on withdrawal amount and times. You can click Withdrawal on the Menu section in the user center, or contact our 24-hour customer service to submit withdrawal requests manually.
Handling Fee
No handling fee will be charged for deposit. Full amount of the deposit received will be added to client trading account. However, bank charges may apply from correspondent bank for wire transfer.
Under the following circumstances handling fee will be charged for withdrawal:
1. Small amount withdrawal. USD3 will be charged for each withdrawal less than USD50.
2. If there is no transaction or the transaction volume is less than 50% of deposit amount, 6% of the withdrawal amount will be deducted as the handling fee.
There is no handling fee for withdrawals in other cases.

All interest fees are annualised and will be divided using the banking method for interest calculation of 360 days. Please note triple swap will be charged on Wednesday for Forex, and on Friday for Indices. At 10pm GMT of each trading day (Summer Time 5am GMT+8; Winter Time 6am GMT+8), positions held in your account may be subject to swap fees.
Weekend Adjustments
Stop out level will be adjusted from 30% to 100% for positions during weekends due to increased risks.
Summer Time (GMT+8)
Stop out level will be increased between 03:30am and 04:00am on Saturday, and will be adjusted back between 07:30am and 08:00am on Monday after market opening.
Margin rates for Forex will be increased bewteen 05:00am and 05:30am on Saturday, and will be adjusted back between 07:01am and 07:31am on Monday after market opening.
Winter Time (GMT+8)
Stop out level will be increased between 03:30am and 04:00am on Saturday, and will be adjusted back between 07:30am and 08:00am on Monday after market opening.
Margin rates for Forex will be increased bewteen 05:00am and 05:30am on Saturday, and will be adjusted back between 07:01am and 08:01am on Monday after market opening.
Over the weekend stop out level will be adjusted first followed by margin rates of Forex, which subjects to the display on the trading platform.
Hedging Requirements
Margin rates for hedging are as below:
Margin rates for hedged positions are 50% of Volume-Weighted Average Price (VWAP) and 100% margin rates are required for outstanding positions, which make up the actual margin rates. The calculation applies to all products.
Examples:
①Buy 1 lot of XAUUSD at 1259 and Sell 1 lot of XAUUSD at 1240.
VWAP: (1259 x 1 + 1240 x 1) / 2 = 1249.5
Margin for hedged positions: 1249.5 x 1 x 100 x 1% x 50% = 624.75USD
②Buy 5 lots of EURUSD at 1.15000 and Sell 14 lots of EURUSD at 1.14981.
VWAP: (1.15000x5 + 1.14981x14) / 19=1.14986
Margin for hedged positions: 1.14986 x 5 x 100000 x 0.5% x 50% = 1,437.325USD
Margin for oustantind positions: 1.14981x(14-5)x100000x0.5%=5,174.145USD
Actual margin will be 1,437.325+5,174.145=6,611.47USD
Stop out level
The stop out level at Acetop is usually 30%, which means when your account equity reaches the 30% mark, all active positions will be closed automatically as your margin levels are too low to sustain the open positions. The stop out level during weekends will be 100% and attention should be drawn to risks during weekends. When stop out level is triggered, your worst performing positions will be closed automatically until margin level meets our requirement of 30%.
Spread
Spread for Forex is variable while for Commodities is fixed. For Spot Gold & Silver, we offer a competitive fixed spread of 0.5USD (i.e. 50USD per lot among which up to 26USD is a rebate to clients at Acetop) and 0.03USD respectively. US Oil and UK Oil share the same fixed spread of 0.05USD which is at a lower level compared to market. We also offer variable but tight spread for Forex to help clients reduce trading costs.
Commission
No commission will be charged at Acetop.
